When can we collect our Equipment?
You can collect your pre-booked rental kit the day before from 16:00 to closing, or in the morning of your first day of hire.
Shops open at 08:00 so you have time to enjoy a full first day!
Do I need Insurance?
The equipment is not automatically insured for damage or loss.
It’s worth checking with your insurance company before you hire.
Insurance can be bought in store.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes – up to 24 hours prior to the booking time.
It’s worth checking with your own Insurance Company if you have a cancellation policy in the event that your plans change.

Are Helmets Mandatory in the three Valles?
Currently ski helmets are not mandatory in France.
It’s recommended that helmets are worn by all.
Some ski schools might insist on children under 12 years wearing a helmet.
You can hire helmets in the booking portal.
Do you have a Ski Depot?
No we don’t, due to the nature of the resort, ski lockers are not widely used.
You can leave your shoes with us though!
Can I Swap My Equipment mid week?
Yes. The business is happy to help customers to get the best fitting and suitable equipment.
The goal is 100% comofrt satisfaction – so please return and staff do their best to make things right for you!

What Skis and Boots do you hire?
As a premium ski hire company in St Martin de Belleville, the equipment is regularly updated. Many of the best brands such as Head, Burton, Salomon, Nitro Snowboards, Rossignol, Atomic, Volkl, Fischer and K2 are rented and sold in the ski hire shops.
Equipment is graded by the users’ ability.

Do you Service Skis and Snowboards?
Yes, all skis are checked prior to being re-hired.
Own skis and snowboards are expertly serviced and repaired over night.
Drop in to the shop and speak to a technician.
What Languages are spoken in the shop?
Staff are able to speak a multitude of languages between them – Native languages spoken include German, English and French!
